Calm

Calm is to be still, quiet, peaceful, cool or composed. Without any hurried movement, anxiety or disturbing sounds. To calm oneself it takes a great deal of patience and focus to block out the noise from any external factors and to simply be present in the moment.
To look for stillness and quiet both in mind and body takes practice and diligence. Calm also represents the ability to not show any heightened emotion, nervousness, anger or aggression.
Calm also represents the absence of an irritant to a situation, object or item.
When our surroundings are calm it provides our inner being with a sense of calm and ease.
